Service Description

**March 7, 2023 - April 25, 2023** Thursday evenings, 5:30-6:30PM Integrative health coaching is about participants sharing the space and time, and making progress together by examining both primary and secondary food. When referring to primary food, this means we address areas in need of nurturing whether it be relationships, physical activity, spirituality (not to be confused with religion!), career, home cooking, what brings us joy, and so forth. The choices we make with our primary food have a direct correlation with our choices we make with secondary food, the food on our plates. Group coaching allows participants to connect and hold one another accountable for implementing sustainable change. We will be creating an open space for nonjudgmental discussion and collective growth. In fact, one of the biggest benefits to a group setting is the connections and community that is ultimately created. 8 areas of focus: Get Back on Track with your Health Fitness for You De-junk your Kitchen (pantry makeover!) Eating for Energy Setting and Following through with Realistic Goals Gratitude and Prosperity Connecting with Spirituality Healthy Relationships

As a courtesy to other clients, our cancellation policy requires 24 hour notice in order for a session to be rescheduled.
